Pros:
- looks neat
- screen is bright and clear
- easy to use
- dual voltage (110/220 volt)
Cons:
- no video support of any kind
- no usb port for flash drives
- couldn't get zoom to work

This picture frame is so easy to use! Just download to internal memory from your computer and you got pictures on your new frame. The picture quality is A+... It matches my computer picture quality, which is top notch.
Only problem I had was getting pictures to a memory card. I guess you need a slot on your computer for that or an adaptor. The frame itself does not allow downloading to a card even when plugged into computer.
