Customer Review: Simple, but somewhat disappointed

Cons: Bland picture quality, lack of battery
I purchased this for my mother-in-law. It's okay at best and I am surprised at how mediocre the picture quality is. We have a rival brand at home (Phillips) that is the same 7" size and the difference is night and day.
This unit also lacks a USB Cable which would have made life easier in setting it up, out of the box, for my awesome in-law.
The lack of a battery means that you have to move the power supply with the unit if you want transfer pictures via USB Cable.
I wouldn't buy another one and I certainly would not recommend this particular unit.
