I would probably give this item more stars, but considering its been a month since i ordered it and have not yet recieved it, 1 star is the best i can do. It is listed on amazon in my tracking account that it was "delivered", yet i had not recieved it physically. I had to then call USPS to find out where my package is. USPS also has it listed as delivered, but i had not signed a paper releasing the item to me yet, or have i recieved a note on my door stating a delivery was attempted. Now i am waiting as USPS investigates the situation to figure out what happened. I do live in an appartment so that may have somehting to do with the confusion, i'm not sure. As for amazon, they recieve 5-star quality for assistance, including routing me to USPS to get the issue taken care of as well as giving me the info i'd need for USPS to access my item, and even offered to re-send the item at no cost to me if USPS can not find the problem. I felt i should post this for anyone that may have issues with recent deliveries. I have recieved all my other amazon products from UPS untill now, and have had no problems, but for the new USPS carrier, im not too happy.
